1. Promotional Period

   • The BLÙME 5-Year Birthday Sale is available for a limited time only and ends at 11:59 PM (Adelaide time) on 23 October 2026.

   • All eligible purchases and bookings must be completed before the promotion ends.

2. Discount & Minimum Spend

   • Enjoy 30% off  all products, services, treatment packages and gift vouchers.

   • A minimum transaction value of $249 before the promotional discount applies.

   • The discount applies to eligible purchases made during the promotional period.

   • Existing discounted treatment packages are included, with the additional 30% calculated from their current advertised package price.

   • Prescription-only medicines and services involving them are excluded from the advertised promotion.

3. Gift Vouchers

   • Gift vouchers purchased during the promotional period are eligible for the 30% discount.

   • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

   • Gift vouchers purchased during the promotion cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

   • Gift voucher redemption remains subject to treatment suitability, availability and BLÙME's standard booking policies.

4. Bookings & Deposits

   • All appointments are subject to availability.

   • Applicable booking deposits are required to secure appointments and are credited towards the treatment cost.

   • BLÙME's standard 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.

   • Late cancellations, no-shows and failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit in accordance with the booking policy and applicable consumer law.

5. Treatment Suitability

   • All treatments are subject to consultation, clinical assessment and individual suitability.

   • BLÙME reserves the right to decline or postpone a treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe.

   • Where a purchased treatment is unsuitable, clients will be offered an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. General Conditions

   • The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before the sale commenced.

   • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to unrelated purchases.

   • The promotion cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers, except for the expressly included discounted packages and 

   • All treatments and services are subject to availability and applicable clinical requirements.

   • BLÙME reserves the right to correct genuine promotional errors and make changes where legally permitted, without affecting customers' existing statutory rights.

   • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5 Year Birthday Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter:

This giveaway is conducted by BLÙME Medspa, located in North Adelaide, South Australia.​

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Entrants must currently reside in metropolitan Adelaide, South Australia.

• Entrants must have a genuine, active Instagram account.

• BLÙME reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age, identity and Adelaide residency before awarding a prize.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow BLÙME Medspa's socials including:  Instagram account @blume.medspa, @blumenurse.elise and Tik Tok @blume.medspa

• Like, repost and share the official birthday giveaway post onto your stories (please note that only profiles that are public will be seen by us)

• Tag 5 friends in the comments. There is no limit to how many people you tag the more people you tag the more entries!

• Complete all entry requirements before the giveaway closing date.

The giveaway opens on 18/10/26 and closes on 23/10/26 at midnight. Winner announced 26/10/26

Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

5. Giveaway Prize

• The prize consists of Gift Voucher valued at $2000

• The prize is not redeemable for cash.

• The prize cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred to another person without BLÙME's approval.

• Any costs not expressly included in the prize remain the winner's responsibility.

• Any treatment-related prize is subject to consultation, informed consent, clinical suitability and availability.

• Where a treatment is unsuitable, BLÙME will provide an appropriate alternative or remedy as required by applicable law.

• Prizes involving prescription-only medications, cosmetic surgery or similar medical or surgical procedures are excluded.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

• The draw will take place on 26/10/26.

• The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from BLÙME's official account within seven days of the draw.

• The winner will be given at least 14 days from notification to claim their prize.

• The winner's Instagram username or winning entry details will be published on BLÙME's official Instagram account for at least seven days, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

• Any unclaimed prize will be handled in accordance with South Australian trade promotion requirements.

7. Prize Redemption

• The winner must contact BLÙME to arrange collection or redemption.

• Appointments are subject to availability and the clinic's standard booking policies.

• Any treatment must be clinically appropriate for the recipient.

• Winning a treatment does not guarantee that it will be performed if a clinician determines it is unsuitable.

• Any expiry or booking deadline must be clearly stated in the prize description and comply with applicable law.

8. Fair Participation

BLÙME reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraudulent activity, fake accounts, automated entries or breaches of these Terms & Conditions, where reasonably justified.

Any changes to the giveaway will be made only where permitted by applicable law.

9. Privacy & Publicity

• Personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility and contact the winner.

• Personal information will not be added to marketing communications without separate consent.

• The winner may be asked for permission to share their photograph or other promotional content.

• Participation does not require consent to before-and-after photography, treatment testimonials or promotional filming.

• Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and BLÙME's privacy policy.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the administration of the giveaway. Any enquiries should be directed to BLÙME Medspa.

11. Fake Accounts & Scams

The winner will only be contacted through BLÙME Medspa's official Instagram account, @blume.medspa.

BLÙME will never request bank account details, credit card information or payment to claim a giveaway prize.

Please be mindful of impersonation accounts and suspicious messages.

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• BLÙME reserves the right to verify eligibility and investigate suspected fraudulent entries.

• BLÙME is not responsible for Instagram outages or technical failures beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
