Our Policy 

Booking Policy

Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person and are only confirmed once a $100 deposit is received at the time of booking. 

This deposit will be redeemable towards the cost of your scheduled treatment on the same day only.

 

Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable within 48 hours of your appointment.

 

Consultation-only appointments are complimentary, however a deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be refunded after you have completed your consultation with us or it will be applied to any future appointment if you decide to proceed. 

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late/ No-Show Policy

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.

You will receive SMS and email reminders 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you need to make changes, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact our clinic via email or phone.​ 

​If you need to reschedule your appointment and have provided more than 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment, the deposit will eligible to be transferred to the new appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.​​

 

Arriving more than 10 minutes late to the appointment or failure to attend the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit, and a new booking deposit will be required before another appointment can be scheduled.

Please call us directly if your changes occur within 48 hours of your appointment and do not contact us via Instagram or Facebook, as these platforms are not regularly monitored.

 

Courtesy communication is always appreciated if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and deposit.

Full payment is required at the time of your service.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Afterpay

  • ZipPay

 

We DO NOT accept split payments.

Please note that cheques and external gift vouchers (not issued by BLUME) are not accepted.

Refund Policy

BLUME does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on services provided.

 

Medical History & Safety

During your consultation, please inform us of any:

  • Medical conditions

  • Allergies

  • Injuries

  • Recent surgeries

  • Pregnancy

  • Medications

  • Other health concerns

All treatments carry potential risks and side effects. Your safety is our priority.

Some treatments may not be suitable for certain individuals, and medical clearance may be required before proceeding.

All clients must undergo a medical assessment prior to treatment.

 

Treatment & Medical Considerations

Clients with previous dermal filler treatments will be assessed prior to treatment. Dissolving may be recommended if required.

If you are prone to cold sores, please take preventative medication 2–3 days prior to treatment. Treatment cannot proceed if a cold sore is active.

Please allow the following timeframes before treatment:

  • Major dental work: 4 weeks before and after dermal filler treatment

  • Roaccutane: 6 months after finishing medication

  • Antibiotics, vaccinations, or infusions: 2 weeks before or after treatment

 

Travel Guidelines

  • Domestic travel: Allow at least 48 hours after treatment

  • International travel: Allow 2–3 weeks after treatment

 

Eligibility & Clinic Environment

Treatments will not be performed on clients under 18 years of age, even with parental consent.

Treatments will not be performed on clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or actively trying to conceive (including IVF).

For safety and comfort, the clinic environment is not suitable for children. Please arrange alternative care prior to your appointment.

Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months or until the expiry date stated and cannot be redeemed after this date. 

 

Pregnancy Policy
Gift voucher expiry dates cannot be extended due to pregnancy. All vouchers must be redeemed prior to the expiry date.

 

Gift vouchers are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Not valid with other promotions 

 

BLUME is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and will not replace them. Vouchers must be used by one person in a single visit.

 

Privacy Policy

We may collect personal information when you schedule appointments, complete forms, or communicate with us via phone, email, or in person.

This may include your name, contact details, medical history, and other information required to safely provide services.

  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Your personal information may be shared with trusted third-party providers such as payment processors or medical professionals åassisting in your care.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

We implement appropriate measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Consent

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

6. Access & Correction

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.

Please contact BLUME directly for any privacy-related requests.

7. Policy Updates

BLUME reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.

Updates take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.
